We integrate our all-rounder FOD™ - IP - Board and our approved fingerprint reader FODTM in an attractive terminal to realise the timekeeping in a comfortable way. Front panel, case and console are brushed aluminium in high-grade look. The console is freely programmable, so it is e.g. possible to allocate one button with a "Come"-booking, the second button with a "Go"-booking and the other buttons with specifications like "Short business trip" or "Info". On the user-friendly display all employees can retrieve their leave account and their time-account. All data are saved in the terminal and can't be lost in case of a power blackout. The configuration will be effected by the integrated webbrowser, here it is also possible to setup a two- or more person integrity or to arrange timetables or chains of events and activities or to trigger announcemenets by email. In the system- or userlogfile all events are listed and can be filtered conveniently.

The MabeA™ ZEF Terminal

Your employees can conmortably enter all "come" and "leave"-bookings and other features by our attractive Touch Panel Computer. The captured data are send to our software MabeA™ ZEF and can there be administrated user-friendly. An abuse, like e.g. by using an attendance clock or a card system is almost excluded because of the uniqueness of every fingerprint.

Mobile time management by EDGE / UMTS

We developed a complete mobile time management solution for companies which engage field staff or commercial agents, realise field projects and / or offer assembly works. Your employee books his work times by the fingerprint reader and / or a PIN and the information are transferred by EDGE or UMTS (dependant of the provider) to the headquarter. There you administrate with our software MabeA™ ZEF conveniently all work times, short business trips, holidays etc. The clear identification of the fingerprint avoids a manipulation of the time data.
